第二步：在申请系统中填写申请表

*Please notice that only after you finish all the 7 form tabs in the system can you submit your application. And please make sure you upload "Recommendations" in Tab 5, "High School Transcripts" and "Awards/Prizes" in Tab 7 before submitting. If not, your materials will not be successfully uploaded and your application will not pass the initial review.

请注意只有当你完成申请系统中的全部七个部分时，你才能提交申请。并请确保提交前在第五部分上传“推荐信”，在第七部分上传“高中成绩单”和“获奖证明”。

Step 3. Save and submit

第三步：保存并提交

If you haven't prepared all the needed information to be filled out, you can press the "save" button to save your application before submitting. You can press “submit” button after all required materials being uploaded.

如果你还没有填写好全部内容，请按“保存”键，并在你准备好所有材料后重新登录填写，按“提交”键完成提交。

Step 4. Review and upload photo

第四步：回看并上传照片

After submitting your application, you can log into the application system to review and upload your photo with your account and password.

在提交完申请后，你可以用帐号密码登录申请系统来回看填写内容，并上传照片。

APPLICATION TIMELINE

申请时间

It is strongly recommended to begin your online application from 8th, January, 2015. Applicants will generally be notified of the Autonomous Admissions assessment at least one week before the assessment. Applicants will generally be notified of the admissions decision within approximately 2 weeks after Autonomous Admissions assessment.

自主招生申请系统已于2015 年1月8日开放，请尽早申请。合格的申请者将在自主评估前至少一周得到通知，并于自主评估后大约两周之内得到结果。

It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all materials, including recommendations, grade reports and transcripts are sent directly through our application system to XJTLU admissions office in a timely manner. The application is considered complete, and evaluation can generally begin, only after all such materials are received. An application might be rejected if all materials are not received within two months. Please contact aaa@xjtlu.edu.cn if difficulties arise in getting the materials to XJTLU admissions office.

申请者要确保通过申请系统，及时将申请所需材料提交给西浦招生办，包括推荐信、成绩单等。只有当申请者的所有材料都被收到后，申请才算完成，审核才会开始。如果所有材料在两个月 内没有被收到，申请可能会被拒绝。在提交材料的过程中如果遇到任何问题，请发邮件联系西浦招生办 aaa@xjtlu.edu.cn。
